This special restaurant is run by a charming couple who spend part of the year living on the almost uninhabited island of Kakan. Over the years, they have built this place with great effort and heart, step by step, creating an atmosphere that many guests remember as one of the most beautiful experiences on the islands. They are not here only during the season – they also stay on the island in winter, take care of the olive trees, participate in the harvest, and prepare everything needed for the new season. This dedication and love for the island can be felt in every detail. The restaurant is located on a slightly elevated spot above the sea, offering a beautiful view of the olive groves and the untouched nature of the island. As you sit at the table listening to the sound of cicadas in the background, you can forget about everyday life for a moment and completely relax in this unique setting. The menu features numerous Dalmatian specialties and homemade products, among which guests especially enjoy: • cuttlefish risotto • homemade prosciutto • a selection of high-quality meats • fresh fish prepared on the grill immediately after ordering The island of Kakan is well known among sailors as one of the favorite anchoring spots. Many stay here for one night or even several days, attracted by the crystal-clear sea and the incredible colors of nature. Nearby, you will also find the beautiful Blue Lagoon, an ideal place for a swim while waiting for lunch to be prepared.
